ok. so i don’t know if this is dumb but some girl today tweeted this thing and was like “makeup artist is not a self proclaimed title” or some STUPID bullshit like that. ok this offended me personally because i may not have an esthetician’s license or a cosmetology licence but in no way does that mean i am not a real makeup artist. so fuck you. i have worked so hard to learn all the skills i have and i have practiced and practiced for hours and watched so many videos and tried so many new things to be where i’m at today.

what pisses ME off is when girls who went to hair school call themselves makeup artists. you studied makeup techniques what.. a week or two? i’ve been working at this for years now. and i can confidently say i do a much better job than you and know much more about makeup artistry than you. so fuck you :) because i’m making my dreams come true and you have a sad office job when you went to school for cosmetology.
